OpalThistle: Can I use these commercially — in things I make and sell?
Yes. A single purchase covers small-business commercial use: cards, prints, packaging, printables, and similar small-batch or print-on-demand items. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves, as-is or bundled, isn't covered — if you're not sure your use fits, ask before you buy.
OpalThistleCo: Can I use these commercially?
Yes, for small-business use — items you make and sell using the cut files or patterns, in reasonable quantities. Reselling the design files themselves isn't covered.

Refunds and returns
OpalThistle: Do you offer refunds?
Because the files are delivered instantly, I can't offer refunds once a download has gone through. If a file is genuinely broken or missing, message me and I'll sort it the same day.
OpalThistleWallArt: Do you offer refunds?
Digital downloads can't be refunded once delivered, since the file is instantly accessible. If something's actually wrong with the file, message me and I'll fix it the same day.
OpalThistlePosters: Can I return or exchange a poster?
Because each one is printed specifically for your order, I can't accept returns for a change of mind — but if yours arrives damaged or with a print defect, message me with a photo and I'll replace it.
OpalThistleCo: Do you offer refunds?
Digital files can't be refunded once downloaded. If a file won't open or won't cut correctly, message me — that's a fault I'll fix directly.
